Highland derby postponed
Wednesday's Highland derby between Ross County and Inverness CT at the Global Energy Stadium has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch after an inspection today.
A Ross County statement read: "We would like to apologise to all fans, but in the face of the heavy rain experienced over the past few days falling on already saturated ground, all efforts to get the pitch to a playable standard were in vain.
"No details on a rescheduled date are available as yet - tickets purchased will be automatically valid for the match whenever it is played, whilst all intact tickets can be exchanged for a full refund.
"Further details will be confirmed as soon as they are available."
