Hibernian shock leaders, hat-trick for McGinn

Leigh Griffiths scored his 14th goal of the season as Hibernian beat Clydesdale Bank Premier League leaders Celtic 1-0 at Easter Road on Saturday afternoon.

The on-loan Wolves striker was on target after just eight minutes as Hibs ended Celtic's five-game winning run in the SPL and move to within three points of second place.

Inverness CT failed to score for the first time this season as they drew 0-0 at St Johnstone but they remain above third-placed Motherwell on goal difference.

Stuart McCall's men hit back to draw 2-2 with Kilmarnock at Fir Park. Borja Perez and Paul Heffernan had Killie in control but Henrik Ojamaa and Jamie Murphy replied for Well.

Niall McGinn grabbed a hat-trick as Aberdeen defeated bottom club Dundee 3-1 at Dens Park. Mark Stewart was on target for the Dark Blues, who stay nine points from safety.

The match between Ross County and Hearts at the Global Energy Stadium in Dingwall was postponed due to waterlogged pitch.

Dundee United play St Mirren on Sunday, with a 3pm kick-off at Tannadice.
