U20 League kicks off today

The new Clydesdale Bank U20 League begins this evening, with 15 clubs taking part in the 2012/13 campaign - the 12 SPL sides plus Dunfermline, Falkirk and Hamilton Accies.

Players eligible are those born on or after 1.1.93 but clubs can field two over-age players and one U23 player (born or after 1.1.90) if they wish.

Celtic, who won the Clydesdale Bank U19 League this season, begin their campaign against St Mirren at Firhill while runners-up Hearts host Aberdeen tomorrow.
